These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website at luckydreams.com, including all games, promotions, payment services and any other features we provide. In addition, we operate a bonus-level restriction for citizens of Bulgaria, Macedonia, Republic of Moldova, Philippines, Sierra Leone, Spain, Belarus and Ukraine. Citizens of these countries may open an account and participate in real-money play, but they are not entitled to receive any bonus, free spin or free bet. This restriction applies on the basis of citizenship rather than residence. 3.2 Withdrawal Limits and Processing

Our Lucky Dreams withdrawal time targets are among the fastest in the industry, and we promote fast withdrawals as a core promise of the platform. Where a breach of our terms is identified, we reserve the right to refuse the withdrawal, void winnings partially or in full, and terminate the account.

  • A maximum cumulative daily profit limit of 50,000 USD applies. Any profit exceeding this threshold, including amounts carried into subsequent days, may at our sole discretion be voided entirely.

Minimum withdrawal thresholds are 20 EUR on Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, MuchBetter and credit card; 30 EUR on Interac; and 200 EUR on Inpay and Fixipay. Amounts in currencies not listed under our standard table convert at average USD rates sourced from xe.com or an equivalent provider. Every deposit carries a 3x wagering requirement, and withdrawals containing non-wagered funds may be refused outright or subject to a processing fee.

4.1 Game Contribution Rates

  • Slots: 100% (named exceptions apply).
  • Roulette: 25%.
  • Blackjack: 10%.

4.2 Bonus Abuse and Restrictions

We take bonus integrity seriously at Lucky Dreams Casino. The following behaviours constitute bonus abuse and may result in the cancellation of your bonus, voiding of associated winnings and closure of your account:

  • Reducing stake size by more than 80% following a large winning bet.
  • Maximising bets on high-RTP games to accelerate wagering.
  • Switching between games with different contribution rates.
  • Using Martingale, D'Alembert or similar progressive betting systems.
  • Betting on both outcomes of the same event.
  • Using in-game double-up or gamble features during a bonus phase.

  • Any betting pattern resembling automated or algorithmic play.

Real money is spent before bonus money. One bonus may be active at a time, and deposit bonuses cannot be combined. Requesting a withdrawal before wagering requirements are met will void the bonus and any winnings attached to it. 5. Loyalty Program and VIP

6. Sportsbook Terms

We may void or re-settle bets in the event of pricing errors, technical failures, human error or data-feed discrepancies, regardless of whether a bet has already been confirmed, settled or paid. We have sole discretion to determine event results and resolve source conflicts, and all settlement decisions are final and binding.
